Q. Will I be bombarded with unsolicited advertisements to my phone upon signing up?

A. Absolutely not. Your information will never be given to third parties and as such you will not end up on any mobile mailing lists. Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you.

Q. Are there really no hidden charges to my or my recipient's phones?

A. There are absolutely no hidden charges to anyone using AgentSMS. The terms and conditions have everything you would want to know.

Q. How many messages can I send? Can I increase it?

A. Depending on your location, you will either receive a quota of 32 messages per month, max 5 messages a day, or a quota of 15 messages per month, max 1 message per day. And never more than once per day to the same number.

Q. Isn't there a potential of abuse of this system?

A. Yes. Any users sending messages that are deemed illegal will find themselves reported to their local authorities. It is our understanding that harmless messages sent in jest to friends are entirely within limits of decency. Messages that can be of harm to others or cause us legal issues will be forwarded to local authorities for perusal. AgentSMS is for fun, not to hurt people.

Q. I am alotted X messages per month, when does this month begin?

A. The month begins when you confirm your account.
